We never had a doubt how INCREDIBULL our kids and families are . . . but boy did we see it in action our our jammed packed weekend of basketball!!
Our Jersey Presentation was an absolutely cracker night . . . made all the more fantastic by our very own “Mr Magic” Steve Carfino!! To look out on our crowd of over 300 people having an awesome time was just gold!! Hope the kids, especially the new ones to rep basketball, and the new ones to the club, enjoyed the moment!!
And the weekend!! Was fast, furious, and very very hot!!
Our kids performed way beyond what we expected, and got better and better every game!! With over 700 kids playing, at 4 venues, over 8 courts . . . we walked away with:
3 Championships (BTW . . . that means banners on the wall kids!!)

We wanted to say a very big thank you to our families for the time that you gave us over the long weekend . . . we appreciate that it was a public holiday, and many people like to go away, but you gave that up for us and your kids, and we are really grateful!!
And to our superstar kids to worked so hard over the weekend . . . we chose our kids on passion, determination, will to win, ability to improve game after game . . . and boy did we see that in action on the weekend. To say we were super proud is any understatement!!
Thank you to the other clubs from across who participated over the weekend, providing some extremely strong competition. Teams from Blacktown, Glebe, Gosford, Hawkesbury, Illawarra, Macarthur, Norths, Springwood and St George joined us for the challenge. We also welcomed the newbies West Sydney Wolves to their first ever representative event, so congrats Wolves.
Bring on the Coastal Classic next weekend!! Best of luck to all our teams (although on what we have seen . . . we don’t need luck!!)
